I have Prairie Public radio on as I work here at the book store on Saturday afternoon.

The music show American Roots has just played the Johnny Cash classic "A Boy Named Sue" as part of their fathers day tribute.

I guess the point is no matter what action the father takes it contributes to how the child turns out.

So, this weekend spend some time with dear old dad.

For most of us we can give thanks that he contributed to our life in ways other than burdening us with cross-gender names.
